PHEN will host its Eighth annual "Tee Off to Fight Prostate Cancer" Golf Tournament on Thursday, September 15th at the Franklin Park Golf Course. This event raises funds for the PHEN "Rally Against Prostate Cancer" initiatives.
This year?s golf tournament will feature an exciting round of golf with a tee-off by local dignitaries, followed by an awards ceremony and barbeque luncheon. There will be a ?hole?in-one? contest where a 2011 BMW can be won.
Free prostate cancer screenings will be provided by the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, on the Blum Family Resource Center Van, for the public while the tournament is taking place. Members of the PHEN Survivor Network will be available to answer questions and provide information as part of this activity.
The day?s schedule is as follows:
7:30 am- Continental Breakfast
8:00 am- Tee Off
10:00 am to 2 pm- Free Prostate Screenings
12: 30 pm- Awards Luncheon
